In real estate sales, 1-2 months, the national real estate sales year-on-year growth of 49.5%, an increase of 47.7 percentage points higher than last year, where residential sales area increased by 55.2%, growth in office buildings 43.3%, 1.4% decline in commercial business premises selling area. Over the same period, commercial housing sales growth of 77.6%, an increase of 67.6 percentage points higher than last year. In late February, the area of 419.04 million square meters of commercial housing for sale than the end of last year, an increase of 54.44 million square meters.
